It's easy, click on the little "+ "sign which will open viewport options then go to "configure viewport", go to the "background" and then "check" "use environment background."

Everything is in the links, trees are 3d models and materials are pre assigned, you have to have the textures of the tree in a folder.

Its a tough question to answer,high quality trees need a lot of rendering time,if you want to reduce rendering time,set irradiance map to medium or low.
