I'm 60% sure it's Nicolas Briggs... He was a guest that year... and i just think it would be totally awesome if it happened...

This one is easy - I built the thing on top of a power wheelchair. Just push the joystick in the direction you want to go. Vision is a bit limited though, parents take you squishing their kids really badly.
