Using tin snips, cut a straight line through the horizontal leg of the coated metal and bend into position around the external corner.
Mark the coated metal creating a 45° angle. Cut and remove the triangular section of metal and re-position on the external corner.
Secure the external corner metal using mechanical fixings.
Using Monarplan D Unreinforced single ply membrane, cut to the appropriate length.
Weld the membrane to the coated metal corner starting with the horizontal leg, working down the two vertical faces.
Fold the single ply roofing membrane back and weld to the vertical face.
