No, it's hard coded and Fear can't change it unless he reverts to the vanilla stamina bar which means no agility stamina displayed.

You still can, but there's a new alternative with Durability Nullifier boosters making it so it doesn't consume a repair when repairing.

The DLC bundles have been reworked so you can unlock the outfits and weapons separately just by playing the game.

You're fine, just don't install the DLC49 pak from the mod and you should be good.

It's the mod folder for Hellraid, if you don't have that DLC just change the other files and you're good to go.
