There’s a difference between chicken fried steak and country fried steak… Country fried steak has a white sauce a white gravy and chicken fried steak has a brown gravy

Yup, got my first jab two weeks ago. Finally getting out of the house to take a walk. By the way, when you are in LA, try The Apple Pan (do a Google). It's a real blast from the past for me but they made the best Hickory Burgers. Hope they still do. Also, their apple pie was pretty good, too.

That is not like any chicken fried steak l have ever had. It looks delicious, but chicken fried steak in the States is covered in a white gravy. I prefer the dish with brown gravy and I believe that it is called "country fried steak". So there are many variations of this recipe, and I think they are probably all delicious. I got my first vaccine yesterday. Second one scheduled for next month, then I will be fully vaccinated. What a relief.

Afternoon peggie,glorious sunshine here in north east UK, but I’m stuck indoors still,gutted.. I had vaccine yesterday no side affects thank god,just waiting for youngest son to get his. Our pm is doing the vaccine by age groups and those vulnerable. I admit I was scared yesterday cuz I’d read bad things about this vaccine but since family and friends have had it and no side affects it kinda put positive ideas in my head so braved it and got yesterday,second dose is in 12 weeks then we get a card to say we been vaccined. If we don’t get it we aren’t allowed in bars or restarounts good idea no vaccine no pints. Enjoying your vids peggie enjoy sunshine stay safe my friend ❤️
