Giant Salamander rarely found at stream in Japan

I found this Giant Salamander at a stream in Japan.
This length is about 70cm to 1m.(2feet 4inches to 3feet 3 inches)
Giant Salamander is rare amphibian and designated as a national natural treasure in Japan.
And it is not allowed to even touch them.
