Extract data from Cloud Spanner to GCS using Dataflow

How to automate the whole process? So in order to use data flow we must have a knowledge of programming? How dataflow got permission to write bq?

Regarding question 1. We can automate using cloud function or schedule dataflow using airflow. I will be uploading a video on this in this week. 2. I used default service account for dataflow which by default have editor role. That's why dataflow got permission to write in BQ.
