Ended off the day cementing a crown without an assistant. Was checking contact and ooops it flew off. So glad the patient coughed it out. Would have turned a short day into a long day. Always enjoying your vids. We are doing a bit of Costco turkey and mash. Enjoy your Thanksgiving!

@ If I may ask, I have tried sealing a socket containing with collagen before. I want to know your preference if the collagen resorbs and the graft is exposed, how do you mange it? Thanks.

1) you need a throat pack. If pt aspirated the bur, they'd bury you in court. 2) why not use a membrane instead of a collagen plug 3) I'm jealous of your bone carrier

Great example of exo and graft doc. I like to get a suture through the collagen plug first like you mentioned.

Always happens with a 701 because it's too thin and will shear off getting bound up by tooth, use a 702 to not worry about it

Isn't that a premolar ? Sectionning the palatal from the vestibular was enough so could have prevented the burr from breaking maybe

Нахрена там презервация лунки? Даже по видео видно, что там ширина лунки больше сантиметра. Какую атрофию вы ожидаете без графта? Более чем уверен, что если просто укрыть сгусток коллагеновой губкой - результат вполне устроит, для установки имплантата будет достаточно.
