Just want to say that I grew up around a lot of cynicism and judgemental energy, which I ended up absorbing into the way I treated other people and myself. For some reason, your videos (as well as a lot of reflection and therapy lol) really makes me believe that I can live a warmer and gentler life? I know that sounds dramatic but seeing how someone else lives is helping me figure out what I want and deserve from life

My bones are "clicky" too. It's so loud: to others it probably sounds like my bones are breaking. It doesn't hurt me..but it's cringy to others... (I'm 35 now I've noticed it since I was about 15)

I have that too! Whenever I bend it clicks really loud and everyone goes ‘oooo’ like it’s really painful when it doesn’t really hurt. It’s most awkward when I’m at dance and we bend down when being taught a new routine and everyone turns to look at me and does the ‘oooo’ 😕

Same. It doesn’t hurt but sounds awful. I also occasionally ‘dislocate’ my toes which does hurt but then they click back in and it’s fine again 😂

I was in that same shopping centre earlier (my local too!) and it was shockingly quiet at 10am. I didn’t have to queue for anything. We went to the weatherspoons for lunch and when we came out EVERYWHERE had massive queues! Going early is the way to go 🙌🏻

Another thing to do with marshmallows is rice crispy treats. I don't know what the cereal situation is like in the UK, but basically you add puffed rice cereal to melted marshmallows.
