On one of my very, very few vacations, in Atlantic City years ago, we had a waiter at our hotel restaurant who was so personable, and he never wrote down the orders, but he got everything spot on. I loved it.

I used to work for Viking Cruises - the clientele is a little older was the ship is smaller than P&Os are but this means that the ship is NEVER busy! There’s always room in the spa/restaurant/pool etc etc! The itineraries are always amazing!!

You remind me of my friend’s son who only started travelling when he was 18. On a school trip to New York he had to eat a New York strip steak and New York cheesecake.
