There’s actually sleeves and pants that you can buy and it uses air to compress your muscles. It’s mainly used for recovery after strenuous exercise but honestly it’s such a nice feeling and I would definitely recommend you try them as you say that you like to feel the pressure

These predictions will mean amazon send certain items to a warehouse near you. Then someone I know, who work within the healthcare system, shared that when they use the weighted blankets at their work for patients, they always match the blanket to the person’s weight. Perhaps you, just as I, also had a blanket that weighed too much for your frame? Grace, your colour laws in the UK (and in Australia, Europe etc) are that they aren’t allowed to use carcinogenic colouring. Ie colours that have been linked to cancer. The US does not have these restrictions. Most other countries use natural colours. Like using tumeric and other spices and seeds and herbs, so the colours are gentler.

Only a few, if that, artificial dyes are *possible* carcinogens. EU jumped the gun to ban them altogether. Most things in the US have natural *and* artificial dyes in combination. And of course there's a completely natural option for everything. It's an ignorant stereotype that everything is artificial and poor quality in the US. A huge example is euro snobs talking about our "orange cheese". It exists in Europe too. And ours isn't artificial, it's a plant based dye called annatto and it's literally only in 2 kinds of cheese when we have thousands. Also Turmeric, beets, and even beetles are used very commonly in the US for food dyes.

Your French teacher should not go to the next lesson and never talk about things you've done before. I make sure to always do something about the lesson we saw previously to make sure everyone understood and still remembers. I also try to use the things we've seen before and create situations where I use them and my students can also use them in their answers or part of the conversation (e.g.: if we talked about comparison, during the next classes when the students talk about something I'll try reply asking them questions with "plus que/de - moins que/de - autant/de - aussi que", etc.) And especially if you are taking one on one lesssons now tell your teacher if you want to work again on something or if you need to do something about the previous lesson each time. One on one lessons are made for you and the teacher has to adapt to your needs, not the other way around.
