Nice to see someone setting the story straight. I saw an article from Reuters published on the Guardian.com site that showed a dried up Victoria Falls in Dec 2019 and the story lead me to believe that climate change was the reason. They didn't bother to mention the wet or dry seasons and that at the time the photo was taken....it would be fairly normal to look that way.

To set the record straight, the Victoria falls is a Zambian natural wonder and among the 7 in the world, not Zimbabwean. If you are visiting the Victoria Falls, just avoid booking with Zimbabwean tourist agencies, their prices are inflated, the service is poor and unprofessional and the facilities are run down and deteriorating. If you want exceptional services at affordable rates, book with a South African agency, they will take you to the Falls by plane or road in style and comfort. No delays or outdated facilities.

Tongai Muzizi. Zimbabwe is not worth visiting. There are a number of tourists getting robbed in Victoria Falls. Just about everything has deteriorated over the past 20 years. Its now even worse, the corruption, poor service delivery, world's highest inflation, lack of foreign currency, potholed roads, broken sewage systems, outbreaks of Cholera and Ebola. Oh what about frequent power cuts, and ATMs with no money.

Accuface2000 That's pathetic , try be a better human being , don't let your hatred of Zimbabwe cloud your judgement , since when has Zimbabwe ever been reported to have ebola ? , Potholes , corruption , electricity powercuts ,broken sewage, which country doesn't have all these kind of problem to note South Africa a more developed neighbor.? Probably Wat's unique at the present moment it's the shortage of foreign currency which the tourist wil bring to improve cashflow, and certainly they ar enough RTGs dollars to transact.
