there are 3 versions of the game there's the global version which has 2 servers: one for NA/SA/EU and one for Asia and Oceania. This version happens to be the only English one. The other 2 versions are the CN version (China) and the JP/KR (Japan/Korea) version. These versions don't have an English version so you need to use some kind of translator like Wada is using. basically just pick whatever version is closest to you. Fairly certain that VPNs, at least the free ones, won't help much with red pings. and no, there isn't really a solution to red ping
