'Companion': Sophie Thatcher & Jack Quaid's Horror-Romance Was THERAPEUTIC (Exclusive)

Sophie Thatcher and Jack Quaid chat with “Extra’s” Adam Weissler about their new horror-romance “Companion.” In the film, a weekend getaway turns bloody and violent when a subservient android that’s built for human companionship (played by Sophie) goes haywire. They share how making a movie like this was cathartic and therapeutic in a strange way. Sophie also talks about loving her character Iris and the challenges of playing her, and Jack says his character Josh is “a villain who doesn’t know he’s a villain.” Plus, they reflect on what the movie says about relationships and toxic dynamics. “Companion” is out January 31.
