Hey Kisha if you need strength on your toes, do builder gel instead! It adds strength, but it’s not as dangerous as acrylic in the case that you have a nail injury that could potentially rip off the nail.

To hold curls apply texture spray a tad bit prior to curling and a slighly smaller medium size curling wand that should help hopefully. Also u can they pin them once curled with some clips and then hairspray once done

Personally I hate the spray I found it harder to remove the hairs and my razor clogged so fast with just the residue from the spray. The spray is also super messy. I always have to go back in with my facial oil.
