So, this wipe I havent touched my PMC at all. ZERO RAIDS. Instead I wanted to see how far I could get my hideout and level my PMC via turn in quests gotten by my scav and I found you can only get your hideout to lvl 1 for most things and your PMC to about lvl 5

If you still haven't gotten it, or if you have and are too afraid, SPT-AKI is a good way to learn the ins and outs of the game. It's a single-player mod of Tarkov with full progression and the likes, though requires a legit version of the game. It also has mod support.
