The prices are way too expensive for a street food even if its a butterly thing. I have boycott Raju for its famous pricing thing. We have other options as Yadgar Omlette Center and Maaji Sainik for Egg lovers with a reduced pricing than this one.

Apart from the sloppy way of working, the completely dirty stalls and the even dirtier hands and clothes of the cooks (although this shop is relatively clean here in the video and certainly represents an exception), I have the impression that in India only lousy cheap margarine, eggs and cheese are eaten, as well as too many spices that spoil the taste. You can see here mostly videos of omelet shops, with want to be chefs who obviously have no skills at all and literally destroy tons of eggs, bread and margarine by processing everything into crap and garbage.
