Ya, I’m kind of spoiled when we go camping, lol. Sometimes I wonder if we should rough it a little more 🏕

I enjoyed your camper clean-up; we have been camping for over forty years (we raised our children doing weekend camping trips and camping vacation); I always do a declutter in our camper the night before we leave the campground to return home. I gather the laundry together, move all the toiletries items into bags - I move things that were put inside the trailer to be ready to be moved into our home when we return. In the morning we are vacating the campsite, I move all of the items from the back of the trailer (bedroom and bathroom) to the front of the trailer; putting things on the couch and on the bench of the dining table; I remove the linens and stack them with the dirty laundry; all the kitchen cabinets are emptied of the food items that are stored in cannisters, jars, etc. to two round tubs that sit on the bench of the dining room table. The kitchen counters are cleaned and sanitized; I store fridge items in plastic bins and there is a tub that will hold those fridge items when we return home and taken into the house to be put away. While my husband is attending to the tasks on the outside of the travel trailer and hooking it up to the truck, I do a quick clean of the areas of the trailer. When we arrive home, it doesn't take any amount of time to unload the trailer; we don't leave any food within the trailer, paper goods are stored in a plastic bin and stored above the kitchen counter in the cabinets . Our Travel Trailer is parked under a large structure in our backyard so it is convenient to unload and load. The bed is sanitized with a DIY cleaner with essential oils; the couch is vacuumed and sanitized, the cabinets are wiped clean along with the plastic bins and freezer of the fridge. I use tension rods in the fridge to hinder anything from falling over while travelling. The floors are cleaned and we look forward to another trip. Happy Camping; it is an adventure each time we go out.

I am the SAME WAY, girl! 😅 If I don't do it right away, I will procrastinate soooo long and it will just make me stressed. It's such a great feeling to just get it done and out of the way!

We’re always rushing to pack up on the last day, so I usually just bring the dishes home so I don’t have to wash them at the campground. It’s probably more work this way though, lol.
