Yea it is helpful. When I bought a house everyone was saying you should move here or there. They never understand your situation. It's easy to talk but difficult to understand someone else's situation .

Michelle I enjoy watching your channel because your such a great motivational speaker. All your thoughts make so much sense ! I'm 66 years old and I lost my daughter and my husband recently and I've been going back and forth is I should move. I've lived here since 1984 and our house was brand new then. You helped me decide what I should do !! I've been telling my friend I don't want to live with no regrets and when I get much older I don't want to say I should have. So I think I'm just going to go for it and live my life they way I choose too. Thanks so much helping me decide 💖

This is so inspirational! And I am currently re-doing my backyard, I recently finished my bedroom and I spend most of my time outside so I'll bring my laptop outside to my backyard and play one of these videos, I love this channel so inspirational as I've already said but I used to take my time after I finish my work to relax but now I enjoy doing my space and its just a place and time Were I feel I can really get away from everything and just work on my backyard with a video of yours playing in the back round...

Love Extreme Deep Clean video. Your optimistic, realistic outlook to living with and cleaning for a family and dog is inspiring. Outside of taking your dog to a groomer each week to clean and brush the hair to reduce shedding, looks like you are doing all you can to keep up with it. Thank you for great tips on organizing, cleaning and keeping it all in perspective.

Hi Michelle! My son is 2. He battled ear infections last year. After many conversations with friends I brought him to a chiropractor. She adjusted his ears and told me to get willow and garlic ear drops. It worked out so well for my son. He still sees the chiropractor whenever I think he needs to go and if he gets a runny nose or cough I use the drops and they really help clear it up. I know tubes are very common but that made me nervous. So I opted for this other route. Thank you for all of the great content you share on your channel!

You’re going to love going from a two story house to a ranch especially when you have small kids! We moved to a ranch from a two story and for me, I find myself keeping our house cleaner has been easier because I’m not piling stuff on the stairs! 😂
@mariawilliams13148 ай бұрын
Congratulations on your new home Michelle. Here’s the thing, interest rates were at an all time low awhile back but finding a house was hard and then bidding wars were horrible and people ended up paying over the appraised value to get their house. So now, their house isn’t worth what they paid for it but they are happy with their home. My point is there is never the perfect time to buy a house. So buy your new home and ENJOY it. I am a rug person too but the small ones but one thought on your rugs is to buy something that isn’t white but somewhat darker color with a design that doesn’t show things as much. As far as tubes go many years ago both of my children had tubes and it helped somewhat but my son had bad allergies. The other thing that was hard was keeping water out of their ears while they had tubes. I always enjoy your chatty cleaning and decluttering videos Michelle. 😊❤😊🏡

Both of my sons got tubes in their ears at 15 months. I got tired of giving them antibiotics just for the infection to come back in a month. Best decision my husband and I made. Georgia is both beautiful and the worst place for allergy suffers.There's only been an occasional swimmers ear.
@pamelab11758 ай бұрын
I watch your videos before I go to bed. So I don’t really want to be motivated. But it does amaze me what you get done. I need to watch the decluttering, for sure. We moved from Ohio to Georgia five years ago. And we downsized. We bought land and have a manufactured house now. We’re older and we bought a ranch. And I love it. But I need to declutter already. We have way too much in this small house. I have a white background rug in my living room. It’s never clean. My youngest daughter and her husband are coming in a few weeks. They still live in Ohio. And she keeps her house spotless. So I need to get busy before she gets here. My other daughter lives close and she has five kids at home. So her house is usually not as clean. We had a Labrador years ago. She was my favorite dog. She lived to be sixteen I think. They do shed a lot. I have three small dogs now. They have accidents too. But they’re all supposed to be hypoallergenic. We just had one groomed, one gets done next week. And I’m going to attempt to groom The other one myself. He freaks out from the noise. And doesn’t do well in the car anymore. So I’m going to try to find a video to watch on that too.

My son had earaches starting at 1 month old. His ear specialist suggested putting in tubes and removing his adenoids that were holding in the fluid. They worked great and totally solved the earaches. If you just put in the tubes and don't remove the adenoids it doesn't work permanently. Hope this info helps. Rye is getting so big and is really cute.

My son had tubes when he was 9 months old, now this was 30 years ago I don’t know if things are different, they fell out and he still got infections every other week, now he was in part time daycare at the time, but I found he rarely got sick growing up and even now, I don’t know if exposure to everything and anything wound up helping his immune system. Sorry did I get off topic a bit. 😂 I would definitely talk to your dr and find a good ENT. Have a wonderful week, congratulations on your new home.😊

You mentioned putting tubes in your son's ears to help with drainage. Hoping there are great improvements over the years. My niece had tubes in her ears and the result in one ear was scarring. She eventually had to have the ear drum, etc removed and is deaf in that ear. Have you had your son tested by an allergist? Often ear, nose and throat drainage in children is caused by environmental or food allergies. My son had similar ear trouble as a toddler and after testing we learned he is allergic to literally every plant in the NE USA. An unfortunate possibility is he could be allergic to dog dander, or even dust mites. It is worth testing before putting tubes in.

You are so correct on the interest rates. Me and my husband are trying to buy our first home. I am 50 years old and this will be our first time. Actually buying and we stay in Oklahoma. Where are things are not quite as expensive? But everyone's buying something you. Would think homes were on sale the way they keep just eating them up on Zillow. But I do understand even though I'm not getting a new built home. Exactly what you're saying about. Waiting for other people to say oh yeah, this would be great. You know what does other people say it is so hard sometimes. I'm to make decisions and everyone coming from.The best place are trying to help you.And you just have to quiet it out.I one hundred percent agree😂

If doctor says he can have tubes get the ASAP my daughter got them at 3 and had them in almost 3 years and the entire time no infections she did great. They fell out and the infections started back up so at 7.5 we had another set back in and her adenoids shaved and so far have had a cold since which normally would turn to an infection but not this time. It’s hard when they’re little to know if the colds turn to clogged ears and infections mine never showed symptoms until they were raging infections.

So excited to hear about your new house. You will definitely have to refinance in 2025 when we have a Republican president because the interest rates are too high now. My current interest rate is only 3.25 and I am waiting to refinance in 2025 to get an even better rate. I found American Finance to have the best rates because their agents don't work on commission. I love your videos. You use your speaking skills that you utilized with your last job and that is why your videos make such good sense. Have you thought that your dog may not be let outside enough times during the day because you're so busy. Can you and your husband set up a nice sleeping area for the dog outside on the patio for during the day and only let her in the house at night but put her behind a baby gate so she doesn't have the run of the house. Make sure the kids know that the dog cannot be let in during the day. During the hot summer months you can have an oscillating fan blowing on her. Make these changes now and keep those changes in your new house. It would make your life so much easier. Once the 14 year old dog passes give yourself a break and don't get any more dogs. That's what I did. Hope I don't sound too bossy.
