EXTREME closet cleanout 2020 *decluttering & organizing*

today's video is an extreme closet cleanout where i completely decluttered and reorganized my entire closet, but more IMPORTANTLY it is a fundraiser for the BLM movement. i apologize for the overwhelming amount of white privilege and first world problems in this video, it was filmed weeks ago when i was ignorant to what was happening in the world.
i understand that i will never understand, but i stand with you. BLACK LIVES MATTER.

I’m listening to this AS i’m purging my closet honestly I used to feel bad to let go of clothes I don’t wear just because I cant afford shopping often AND I have just a bit too much furniture that’s meant to store clothes but is empty thanks to how little I have in comparison. Today is the first time I’ve ever seriously purged i’m honestly excited to see how it turns out and how I’ll feel once I finally collect the kind of pieces I will wear continuously that spark joy. 😊

I love the concept of ‘if it doesn’t bring me joy then let it go’ because I think that’s what our clothing should be about! It should say something really meaningful about who we are or how we feel about ourselves! ☺️ And I really understand about struggling to let things go!
