I've lived through all these conditions while growing up in Canada. How about -60C in Saskatchewan? Now we live in the tropics. It's much easier to get warm than to get cool for sure!

@@jontyrhodes4155 ok but that last line was not accurate I has appendicitis last year and here’s what happened: Took 1 hour to get a room in the er Took 2 hours for the doctor to come Got an ultrasound and they confirmed it was my appendix Took 4-5 hours for someone to take me to the elevator and get to the right floor Another 25-30 min wait to get the surgery and ya stayed there for a week cause it ruptured through that time (it can be deadly) :) not so good healthcare tho

Good stuff, but don't those ice forming on your windows easy. Make sure your blinds are lifted, your heating is properly working and humidity level inside the house is low

It is but pretty much everybodys windows becomes ice art. Because it was extreme cold -50 overnight.

The condensation from being warm would make it freeze inside double pained or not-especially being so cold! If it freezes her water to powder then yes warmth will melt to water inside and freeze it as fast as it warms!

Ici, la neige n'est pas trop fréquente durant l'hiver, mais quand elle tombe, c'est en grande quantité - les tempêtes peuvent VRAIMENT être intenses. En général, il fait juste très froid avec le vent, et les journées sont super courtes entre novembre et mars. Heureusement, on a parfois des vents chauds qui descendent des montagnes (les chinook) qui aident un peu a alléger la saison hivernale qui tire toute ton l'énergie ! Nos amis au nord, à Edmonton, n'ont pas la même chance 😂.

The cold weather begins in early November, sometimes late October and usually lasts till early to mid April. The winter starts at around -10 to -15 until late December when it drops to -25 to -40 and that lasts until mid march.
