The issue really is that ATMarbl is a funny level filled with obscure Italians with funny names that give the level its charm. This one is more of a factory product, sequel made just for the sake of it, all the funny Italians are absent and in their place are serviceable, but uninteresting, design parts by some staple megacollab creators of the time, whoever was available. It misses out on everything that made the first one charming and all in all is kind of pointless really, whatever. Nico99 (the goat) made the best part by leaning into the Italian metro theme (joke) and the pixelart is funny in the same way the first level is.
