I am visualizing a black round coffee table in that space- I feel that it would break up all the sharp corners and make everything flow better. I agree with black, since you have all that light colored furniture in that space. The black would be a nice contrast :) I love how it all turned out! ❤

Many commented that you should paint your coffee table black, but you may want to just add a darker gray stain, so the beautiful wood texture shows through. You could buff it out with bee's wax or furniture wax, so it is durable for use. Lovely, classic home. Love it.

Jenna, everything looks so beautiful. That checkered jute rug is so amazing. I love how you painted the white lamp. Looks perfect! The dining table and Nathan James chairs are stunning together. I love the side table from fb marketplace. Personally, the coffee table is not my favorite shape. It is a little narrow. I think you will find one you love even more.... either a round one or you will come across one that will actually turn out with the Easy Off method and be more the color you are looking for. Some wood finishes just retain that stain layers in unfortunately. You and your husband have made these spaces so beautiful and I always love the looks that you curate in your home! ♥♥♥

Hi Jenna, So many great purchases! Everything turned out beautifully! My favorites are the rugs, pillow covers, olive ateliers vase etc. Too many to pick! I understand your dilemma on the coffee table, perhaps try a more modern style to get the juxtaposition with the side table. I am thinking darker in color, more junky/solid or with a bottom shelf. I look forward to seeing your videos, you have a great sense of style and I always take away something from each video! The oven cleaner technique is something I will definitely try this summer. I would add some color. A lot of people are suggesting black but that would just add the the colorless/monochromatic look. Going moody with drapes and furniture would be simple enough. You could also lean into the rustic furniture of the dining room a neutral check or picnic pattern wallpaper (or even a nice blue and white if you were interested in a more cozy country look)
