Hi my loves! Happy Sunday! This was like a super quick design challenge for me. NO painting, NO new furniture, NO real plan!! We simply used what we had to whip this room into shape for my MIL. Wash “everything” first, before making your bed. Fibers can smell and irritate the skin. Freshly laundry bedding is a must! Then lightly spray pillowcases with starch/make bed. Love your decorating and teamwork ❤️enjoy Mom.

Great way to repurpose those items. Sometimes we should shop our home before buying items. I loved the yellow in the room and how you mixed metals. The reveal was very relaxing. I’m sure anyone staying in the guest bedroom would enjoy it.

Great job! Love the blue drapes and yellow pillows. I would paint the walls linen to keep the room looking open and airy. Also, add another sheer drape to the other window to keep things looking balanced.

I love the "hi-ya" when you chopped the pillows, it was too cute!! I think a nice pretty blue/ green color like Benjamin Moore Beach Glass. It has a hint of blue, green, and gray. You’re exactly right sis. As a visual merchandiser, there is a rule we refer to called S.A.M. (Symmetry, Ascension, Multiple). Ascension is when your eye starts at a certain height and ends at either a lower or higher point. Also, “hiya” in addition to the karate chop is absolutely hilarious 🤣.
