Cannot speak for these custom builds but a high-end model of Rion escooters does it in about 4 seconds.

I'm assuming they're all using Dualtron Ultras because they have same core parts (motor, battery, suspension & controller) the MSRP is cheaper than Thunder Plus Ultra has split rims for easy tire change?

I have a 5600w electric scooter (Chinese generic) it was a dual 50 Amp 60V controller with 2800w motors that used to give me 55- 56 mph (GPS) but one of the controllers failed. I am on a project to get a more powerful (and better cooling) controller and will be building my own battery that puts out a lot of power. I hope to get past 60 mph if everything goes well.

TRP Quadiem G-Spec DH Hydraulic Disc Brake OR Magura MT8 and Tires are PMT 90/65R6.5 Racing Slicks or Stradale (road tire version),

The best tyres are CST 90/65-6.5 round or CST 90/65-6.5 wide profile and Innova 90/65-6.5 round. These 3 tyres are the only reliable for super high speed. Other brands failed terribly we did tested them all. Tyre wall damage easily by extreme heat. The biggest I put is 110/50-6.5 HUA JIAN and 110/50-6.5 CIND but I wont recommend them because these are the ones their tyre walls get bloated for a few km runs.
