To anyone thinking of trying to replicate either of these two procedures, DON'T! These are excellent examples of exactly how NOT to do this!!! The wrongness of this makes my head hurt.

They should have made that jelly mould with the glass on , n then they should have remove the glass n extend the side and tilt it just to let the liquid flow in completely
