I had subscribe to this channel. Due to covid I was suffering from severe hairfall & hair thinning. I got relaxed & went for ayurvedic Home remedies by seeing Preetiprerna mam channel. First of all don't take any stress from now . Just be relax. This phase will end. Secondly I ate boil egg everyday & consume protein in milk. My multivitamins are still on so do continue your doct subscribe multivitamins. Eat truly good food . No diet . I ordered flaxseed online & received today, and from today I'm starting my flaxseed journey 🌚 I applied it & I leave it overnight.. Let's see how it works.. I coincidentally found your channel and am thankful for it. You are an amazing positive person. My question is this: I am in mid 50s, and menopausing. I used to have thick hair when I was very young, but I did not take good care of it and due to extensive traveling and living in various countries, I have lost lots of hair. my hair has thinned and the scalp is visible a bit too much in the partition. What should I do? My hair growth is very slow. It has grown by less than 5 inches in one year. I have been doing the Hair Growth Series twice. I used many remedies in many ways.
