My hair is really curly and I thought the same thing but I still cut it all off and I never thought twice about it. My hair has relaxed quite a bit so if there is anything that decided to curl then it's easy to straighten and it doesn't really take that long to do, plus it doesn't damage your hair if you use a good heat protectant

Coco Hofer i don't know. My hair is thick and curly and they also tend to be frizzy on humid days :( I'm afraid that it won't work and then i'd have to spend years to get them long again.
