Nice job on this one! That was pretty cool! Tornado of Souls is a pretty tricky one to do both clearing and scoring. It feels like a mix of Therapy and Overdrive with some We Live Forever sprinkled in.

I'm currently having so much trouble with this one lol. I've gotten through it all way a few times, got gold at some point, but I'm trying to beat my best friends score which is 97 thousand something, I'm also at 97 something but i can't even beat my own best score lol. It's that ending that really gets me most of the time lol

not a musician here, but what's the difference between the 16th and those groups of 8th tied together with a '3' underneath? Those kinda sound like they're 16th tbf

Great question! So that notation indicates it’s an 8th note triplet not just a regular 8th note. To your point, it’s pretty close but at the time I felt it sounded less than a 16th In 4/4 time there are 8 8th notes in a measure and 16 16th notes but the in between subdivision is an 8th note triplet which would be 12 notes in a measure. Good question! This is an older iPhone XSMax that I have. I also have a 13Pro Max but it cannot play the game smoothly even with the higher refresh rates disabled. I've heard that iOS V16 also creates problems so I stick with my older device.

Great job god as usual 🛐 however, you chart the micro notes at the start as triplets but by looking closer they are clear 16ths, and I have always played them as 16ths as well, and not as triplets, just this I have to say this time 😳

Yeah that's fair and I actually debated that for quite a while. It sounds to me more like a triplet relative to the 16ths in the guitar solo and I actually played it as a triplet (maybe a little 'crushed') and because the timing window is wide enough it accepted it. Pretty hard to distinguish with the timing windows are wide and its charted at 194-195BPM. It works with both at this speed.

@@giganite5417 tour mix box usually has songs from less recent seasons, I doubt we're gonna get these ones right after the current season

Beatstar has communicated in the past that all tour pass songs will eventually be made available in the tour pass box. There is no guaranteed pattern but it seems to be about 2-3 months after the tour pass release when they go in the box for people to catch up on songs with gems.

I'll have a video that will make explaining it easier than over text eventually but make sure that the final phrase is played as 1/8th note triplets. The are 'in between' speed of an 1/8th note and 1/16th note. Follow my finger placements on 0.5X speed for the most natural feel!

I broke my phone and I got a new one but then I realized you can't have like a account sistem to keep the stuff from the game on beatstar. Which means I lost this and other 200 songs. Including my very first pass that i bought 4 days before :')

Don’t worry! You can get it back! First - You NEED to link your account to Supercell ID to transfer your library, it’s clear you didn’t do this. Second - write support ticket IN GAME (not social media, not email) & explain your situation and that you’ve made a supercell ID and they can help restore your account.

@@stupid_jojo to transfer the account yourself you were supposed to link to supercell ID on the old device BEFORE getting the new one. If you did that then just log into your supercell ID on the new device and you’re good to go. If you didn’t do that you need to write the ticket to support in game and they’ll help you out by restoring all your progress and purchases on your new device.
