duke 250 was made mainly for rash riding and cornering on roads and known by its excellent power performance on the another hand xr is mainly focused for both onroad and offroad . I have 2bikes xr and duke but I like the performance of xr cause its easy to maintain and it wont make trouble for you for years yes definitely I suggest you xr 190 which is best bike for you
