Hi Jonny! Those cabins are probably cowboy line shacks used by ranchers in the area for roundup of cattle. Sometimes hunters will stay in those, as they would use them at a different time of season. We have those all over Arizona. Interesting terrain and good cinematography! Thanks for sharing!

Fun Fact, I remember a story that they core sampled one of those Bristle Cones to carbon date and verify dates for Mt Vesuvius eruption, and indeed came to a conclusion that verified that it indeed had happened and showed a significant effect even in the Western Hemisphere

Hey buddy, Marty from Iowa here. I've been watching your channel for a while now, and appreciate the nice camera work and fun exploring. My Topo Badlander is on order, and we'll be picking it up in Ventura late Oct/early Nov. Any recommendations of a nice place to camp/explore within 2hr of Ventura on the way to Sedona? We'll be heading through there on the way back to Iowa. Thanks, and keep up the good work! Best wishes on your entrepreneurial endeavors!
