I had a classmate whose periods really embarrassed her. Sometimes am thankful I have pain during my first four-five hours of period. The lady used to standup for breaks and voila, blood all over. Our chairs were metallic so you could see a ‘tiny pool of blood’. Thanks Milly.

Thanks for the awareness Milly ..on my period days in high school I just spent them in the sick bay ..didnt attend lessons for all those days ..it used to affect me a lot during exam time and really caused me so much embarrassment...but with time the pains subsided as I grew older😀right now am 24 and i rarely experience extreme menstrual pain ...sometimes I don't even notice am rolling 😍...to all ladies out there ..you are strong and amazing 😇
