The FETs are either full on, or full off in a pwm system, the load ( below the rated current ) has little effect

My goodness ... what is the approx power of this thing? Anyway great plane! Wanna go even faster? You're flying at very low lift coeff, meaning that the plane is much faster than best glide speed. So, if you cut down the wing to about half the span, drag will be reduced at high speeds.

I assume, the prop pitch is very high to allow these high speeds, so in slow flight it will not work well or even stall.
