EXTREME Rock Racing in Oklahoma!

The 5th Annual Tackett Creek Challenge was intense! Broken rigs, broken people, and broken hearts. But, someone took home $10k!
In the middle of somewhere Oklahoma there is an off-road paradise, called Rugged Mountain Ranch (RMR), with just under 4k acres of the nastiest terrain we've ever seen. Each year, the Tackett Creek Challenge is held at RMR to see who can complete the Tackett Creek Trail with the fastest time. Rock Crawlers, Buggies, and Rock Bouncers each fight for their chance to win, but not without an all out brawl on the rocks! It takes most people a few hours to complete this trail on a good day, without any vehicle failures, and this years winner set a record by finishing the trail in 22 minutes!
This year the qualifying course was said to be harder than the actual race course. Check out how the 2021 Tackett Creek Challenge started with 14 registered competitors and ended with only 7 crossing the finish line!

Wow what a gnarly event, these guys seriously have some experience to do this, and the use a competitor's tire to help himself out was awesome!! Wicked coverage too Mason, you did a stellar job getting insight from the drivers, even at the most awkward moments, TOO FUNNY!! LOVE this style of racing makes the SRRS I follow rather tame we'll say...... LMAO 🤙😎
