😲 some of those plants are SHADE plants and they will be fried in the LA’s sun (those 2 pothos, sanseveria, and the palm🌴) they should be inside. Tip: when you buy plants you have to ask if they are Full Sun, Part Sun or Part Shade or in internet.

This might sound like a weird request, but I'm wondering if you could come up with some flame resistant ways to get more privacy on a balcony/patio. Mine is about the same size as yours, but my upstairs neighbors are smokers and drop their cigarettes and ashes. I don't feel comfortable putting flammable stuff outside because of that. When we moved in I had so many ideas, but now I feel like I can't do much because of the neighbors. Help! Lol Thank you!

Congratulations on your plaque!! I love your videos & love your energy. Is all of this going to be weather-friendly? I live in MA, so obviously a lot less sunny, but the burlap/plywood seems like it might rot quickly? You may want to spritz your macrame with vinegar occasionally to prevent mold. I hope it all stays nice for a long time and you get lots of joy out of the space

I have what I think is the same plant outdoors (in Australia) so I don't think the problem is that you have it outside. Maybe the soil is not good quality, maybe it didn't get sufficient or got too much water. I would also put it in a bigger pot as it will eventually get quite a good stem on it. Mine is now about 45cm tall but it is 3-4 years old. Did you fertilize it? Maybe you used too much? Does it get enough light? Just Google the plant and maybe that will give you some hints. ps Balcony looks great!

Ah!!! Don’t put rocks at the bottom of your succulent pot 😩. It seems like it would help with drainage but it does the opposite and increases moisture and more of a chance of root rot. Your balcony is gorgeous!!
