Oh, bless her heart. My heart goes out to her and I wish her a speedy recovery. I have actually had 6 backsurgeries in a 11 year span. I will say it's not easy. But she will get through it and she's got a wonderful daughthat's gonna help her get through this.

I hope you enjoy your time in Georgia. I've lived here since 1966, it's a beautiful place to be. It's been getting up in to the 70's but lots of pollen. Everything is yellow right now. I have a very dear lifelong friend who lives right outside Augusta and The Masters is such a big deal for them every year. A lot of people rent their houses out to people coming in for it. I have enjoyed watching your videos on spring cleaning, I bought one of the tools you suggested for cleaning bathrooms and bathtubs that is essentially for people with back problems, I love this scrubbing tool that has a extension handle, as well as being a hand held. I love that I can do my bathtub with out having to bend over. And I love that I can clean my baseboards and kitchen countertops and bathroom countertops with the hand held, it was something I saw you using it on your parents bathroom, and I love how you suggested a cleaner for the walls and how you used your mop for cleaning the kitchen cabinets, I have learned a lot of new cleaning methods that are so much easier than how I used to clean, I wish I would have known about the tools and methods when I was raising my 8 kids , mine was a mop bucket and rags for cleaning the walls and using sponges for cleaning the bathroom and cleaning the kitchen. Thank you for sharing your cleaning tools and methods that have made things easier for me especially having a lot of neck , shoulder, lower back issues with bad disks , you have helped me so much with making things easier for me, and I have started spring cleaning a couple of weeks ago, and my last thing will be carpet cleaning, as I live in a apartment and that’s one thing my daughter will come do for me, Thank you so much Jamie . I know we who live here in the Northeast and also where you're at in Ohio, have really been spoiled this winter. Not a lot of snow, or really a lot of cold either. I loved the 70-degree days. the days the tempers were over 60 degrees I had few windows open to air out my house. and got some spring cleaning in my kitchen. took everything out of the cabinets and just had music on and the fresh air coming in. Nothing like that Springtime air, to get you moving. Thank you so much for the sweet smile and letting us share your time. Oh yes before I forget. Have a wonderful time on your trip. We are in the middle of some home projects, as well as prepping for new carpet on our main level next month so it has kicked us into gear to declutter and really see what we have and have not used in the 2.5 years we've been in our home. Easy to get sucked into wanting to do it all! So I needed the reminder to take a breath and not feel like I need to get everything done at once.. one room at a time!

You are the hardest housekeeper I know- looking how much you bend over, no wonder your back hurts! Maybe consider getting the pedestals for your washer and dryer? They are back savers, i had them on my old washer and dryer, and will save up and get them for the new set (which was a 22nd anniversary gift, and they are just like yours!)

I second this! I am 5'0 and I have a top loading washer that helps take some of the strain off when cleaning the insides of the machines/ switching the laundry but once I DIY'ed a pedestal for my dryer, I noticed a huge difference. I keep a small step stool in front of my washer as well.

Jamie...I am a huge fan of yours and you have helped me so much with new ways of cleaning. I, like your mom, had to have a very serious back surgery a couple of years ago. It involved placing rods and screws in my spine and I was terrified. It definitely helped, so I want you to know that I will be praying hard for your mom. I’ve explained before about slow hoovering hoover once empty hoover then hoover again very slowly on mats and rugs it allows you to pull out the dust that is in tight in the rugs it will help you x

I have a question about cleaning the outside of your refrigerator. When I use Sprayway stainless steal cleaner (which I LOVE & it is the ONLY thing that works for me), the floor underneath catches some spray & gets VERY slippery for a while. I've started laying down an old bath towel to help a little. How do you not get that all on your floor????? If you have a tip, please share. From one Ohio girl to the next, thank you so much!

Hi Jamie, your sponsor came at the right time. I booked the 3 hours for $19 for this week. Easter and my granddaughter’s birthday at my house. It will be hard enough to cook let alone clean. I want to try them out for when I have my knee replacement surgery in mid June. I thought maybe I could strengthen the muscles around my knee and avoid surgery but the MRI showed I have evolving avascular necrosis which means bone death that must be removed or it spreads. I can empathize with your mom…living your life…then you find yourself disabled. I will have her in my prayers. I think that is the best gift to give her, a clean house. It is frustrating to not be able to clean your own home. Hope I don’t get too self conscious about the filth in my house. I said kitchen and front room for the three hours but maybe I should have just said kitchen. Nice that you and Mike get to go on a trip. Thank you for this video.

I had big back surgery 3yrs ago have a rod from below my neck to the bottom of my back. Screws stabilizer and cage in my lower back. It was very successful😊 I know your mom will do great!!! It’s not has bad has it sounds😊 Sending prayers her way🙏🏻

Hi Jamie, I have to tell you something ironic. I love your desk. I’ve loved your desk for at least two years and I’ve been looking for one similar. I’ve looked and looked and I knew I wasn’t going to find that exact one but I knew I wanted one with cabinets and drawers. About a month ago I found a desk on marketplace. I got it home and watched an older video of yours in which you were cleaning near the desk or on it. I thought I think this is the exact desk Jamie has. They do offer shipping to your home so if y’all find some apparel and don’t want to stop back in to get your items (you can’t carry them around on the course with you) since it will be so so busy with everyone getting their items before they leave, it might me worth just having them ship it to your house! The Masters! That's awesome! I used to live just 45 minutes from Augusta, and it was always such a fun time of year! How lucky to get tickets for a day! Even the practice rounds are so much fun to watch! You have to get a pimento cheese sandwich while you are there! It's the thing to do!
