I hit my head on the bottom of a pool when I was 12, and I’ve had BPPV (vertigo) and migraines since then (turning 50 this year). I’m terrified of adjustments, bc of the vertigo, but watching these videos gives me hope that maybe one day, relief will find me, just like it has found the folks in these awesome videos.
