what is more dangerous is the way he drives on a narrow and winding road, while his attention is not focused on the road but instead is talking like he is in a dining room.. one small mistake will be accompanied by the cries of the families of the victims.

I think you don't understand that it's a private bus, and the bus driver is telling ,if he does not reach the Highway destination highway before 6 40 then police will not enter them so the private owner made them drive like that.
