From my point of view, driver is very skilled and so confident on himself .. Hats off to this man but we should consider the road safety measurements also.. In this type of narrow & unconditioned roads definitely he should maintain the speed limits.. He can assure his confident but we cannot say the person from opposite side can be the same like him.
