Assalamualaikum, recently had a conversation with my friend Zakarriya who send me the following message Why should non Arab speakers use the Arab term for God and why not using the local name that translates to God the Father of prophet Mohammad is Abdullah. Abdullah means 'slave of allah' in Arabic. how come before Archangel Gabriel have allegedly visited the prophet Mohammed, the prophets father was named Abdullah. if that's the case then there was an ancient deity with the name allah before Islam amon the polytheists arabs and so it is not God of Abraham. Does this proves that there existed a God named Allah. Islamic prophet Mohammed was born into polytheism and the prophets father was a polytheist. Islamic prophet Mohammed only knows to which God is referred.
