My suggestion on fear is what I do. I see it this way. The progession is worry fear, panic. I tell myself that I'm not going to panic until I have to. Iv done that for about 5 years and I havent had to panic yet. I think working backwards helps me find solutions instead of thinking of more things that can go wrong.
