EXTREMELY CURSED Otis Elevonic 411 Traction Elevators | Key Bank Tower | Downtown Everett, WA

I don’t know how these ended up with montgomery indicators in the first place, but no matter how they ended up on an otis this is still super cursed. These are definitely nice elevators, they run very well, although they seem a bit slow but that could just be me. The layout on the basement is also super interesting.

This is actually worse than the Sheraton/Blue Ridge. The setup consists of four elevators all on the same controller, only two serve the basement (One center opening, one single-speed), they have the same layout down there and then they're level with every other elevator. One of the most bizarre setups ever.

From the Montgomery VFD Indicators to the Exterior Chimes sounding similar to the Westinghouse RT Chimes, yeah these are indeed cursed but cool.

I thought seeing an Otis indicator on a Montgomery/KONE was weird (at least that one received a controller upgrade during its lifetime, this is certainly bizarre. Wondering if they stuck the Montgomery indicators in there as they could display more characters (ex for level P3/4). Other than that, I have no other explanation. Nice elevators though.

I just found out something that should settle this. Apparently CE Electronics makes or redistributes the Montgomery VFD indicators. So some mechanic probably went to their site & ordered them & put them on these elevators. Still odd though.
