I appreciate how you saved those salads from the landfill. Too many folks here do not understand that you can have salad and bread or even just salad for a whole meal. They think that if you miss a high protein option at a meal that you will somehow be compromised. You would not believe how many people I have educated that just because you have a low protein meal in one instance that your body has not stores up surpluses over the past few days. Once I explained that as long as you are getting sufficient calories from a variety of wholesome food sources, that you are getting enough food to sustain yourself. I even had one person say that that fact reduced both her anxiety about and her spending on food.

I sure wish we had food initiatives! I can't believe the cheese deal, beans, donuts and all the salads! I'm so hungry now! Haha You are such a marvelous shopper! I'd pay you to shop for me but I'd get diddled on the across the pond plane fare 😂😆😂 Love to all the Wallflowers! ❤️

Another great haul that cheese was an amazing bargain, I went to fur clemt at around 12 but not much was left. The tin of caramel dosnt set so if used in a pie will be runny, iv used it in cheesecakes and ice-cream and it's really nice with biscoff biscuits x
