I'm proud to own two GCS hilts. I'll never part with them. The chassis system that Rob used on my Creed (which is likely the same as on the Speeder), is a prime example of functional elegance and simplicity. Easy access, everything is orderly and well protected, and the wires are 100% secured. If anyone comes across a GCS hilt for sale in the wild, and you have the means... BUY IT. You will thank yourself. Btw Lando, that Speeder hilt is GORGEOUS! I wish that YOU were its owner, my dude. I foresee that one day you will own one...

So glad you were able to do this review!!! I was actually chatting with Benji in the we early morning as I was sitting up “son of corillia” font on my sd card and talkin about coran horn hilts lol! This was a great work of art they made a bad ass font!!! Benji and Jessie took it home w this!!! Annnnd now I have to get my hands on a GCS horn hilt in the near future!!!

I picked up one of the production Speeders literally as soon as it was available and it's one of my favorite hilts. Fun fact about the switch section, it's based on (and I guess could still be a modified version of, I don't know) the TCSS MHS claw mount

Anyone know why my lightsaber makes a loud click-beep noise sometimes after it’s ignited and after it’s deactivated? I added sounds and colors to it and it seems to only happen to fonts with the sounds and colors that I added. They all have leds.txt files so I don’t think that should be the problem.

Could be your battery needs a good charge or maybe it's a bad sector on the SD card. Try a charge and a different card first. It also sounds like maybe something within the font isn't configured correctly. First check that all sound files within the font are named correctly. Then, you can try pulling a font that's giving you an issue into Audacity and see if there are any stero sound files in it. The CFX manual says all sounds files should follow a certain naming criteria and they should be in mono format. If you find a stero file, you can split it to mono and just delete one of the extra sound files it creates when it splits the stero track into 2 mono tracks. You can also try pulling up the "font__config" txt file for the font and comparing it to one from a font that isn't giving you a problem. Also, you can try doing the same with your "config" file and compare whatever blade profile you have assigned to the problem font with a blade profile that you have assigned to a font that isn't giving you a problem to check if all the necessary parameters are in there. Hope this helps.
