Vault Loyalty Inspector, thats an interesting one as it insinuates that in the beginning Vault tec was a lot more paranoid aboit peoppe becoming wise to their schemes therefore used loyalty inspectors alongside the overseer to make sure people werent straying from testing.

The companion's karma dialogue really highlights why fallout new vegas is a better game. In 3, even if youve nuked megaton and killed dozens of people, good followers will return if youve increased your imaginary karma score. And there's no nuance between them, they all basically have the same criteria and might as well be the same character but with a different character model In fallout new vegas, every induvidual follower has different criteria for when they will leave, and when that criteria is broken, they dont come back. For boone and arcade gannon its the legion, but even then theyre different -- boone shoots legion on sight, but arcade is willing to work with them if he thinks is for a betrayal later on. Veronica wont like you if you destroy the brotherhood, and even though the brotherhood is opposed to the NCR, veronica herself is alright with them. Meanwhile fawkes still wont go into the reactor at the end of the game. No reason, just bad writing. New vegas just has way better writing.
