What I love about his character is, as he starts off relatively weak, then you spend the game levelling up and seeing Cals true potential and how powerful he is. Then Vader comes along to remind you who the real Chad of Star Wars is.

Even by the end of the game despite being exponentially more powerful than he was at the start Cal's still barely a fraction as powerful as well-trained Jedi knight so it really shows that Vader was just toying with him since he didn't just instant-kill him the second he tried to take a swing at him.

That was one of the more amazing things,about this,game for me. The interactive lines that the storm troopers had. The seconds they out number you, they held no fear, but the moment their numbers started to dwindle, they start freaking out, or if they get a lucky shot on you they're amazed or gloatful. Its basically Force Unleashed, but instead of putting the focus on the force, its on lightsaber combat, only thing that would have made this perfect is the jedi academy dismemberment and one lightsaber hit being lethal 80% of the time it hits.

DaX You miss the point I’m making. Its a lightsaber, not a sword. Getting hit just once does not offer any resistance like a regular sword would, it would go clean through weapon, armor, flesh and bone alike.

jefthereaper yeah true but that would make the game incredibly boring. The same way that cal approaching situations as a true Jedi and using violence as a last resort would be. But I get your point

@@dax421 Not really, blasters fire from a distance, and last I checked Jedi are just as squishy as normal humans, meaning getting shot could be fatal after just two hits, along with that, being hit with melee could also do some serious damage despite not being lightsabers. The true Jedi way is to always be on the defensive and only strike back when the opportunity presents itself. It could not be more fitting if the game was heavily focused on blocking and parrying as most attacks are lethal after just two to tree hits from normal enemies, (not counting the small vermin of course)
