Fume has a fuckton of side dishes, as you should. It’s not supposed to be a slog through hell, it’s supposed to be spicy intercut with tangy pickled radishes, refreshing cucumber kimchi, hearty boiled eggs, soothingly plain rice. She does it the way these noodles and spicy sauces were intended! Edit: just noticed she even has chilled broth, which would cut spice a ton. Her little icy drink is for after.
