Sorry u had to to thru that . Ppl can be so rude crude and impolite . It’s like where has the humanity gone? Ppl need to be more kind and understanding. The messed up part is when the time comes to where the straw broke the camels back , and u just gotta let ur feelings out by checking their messed up behavior from holding all of that inside, then they wanna act like ur in the wrong. . Don’t be hard on urself ur doing the best u can. It’s hard out here. So pick ur pretty head up and be proud of urself for dealing with hardships as positive as u can. I know exactly how you feel. I feel the same way too-Hopeless, useless. I am taking antidepressants and they make me feel a bit better. That might not be the answer for you, being in recovery and all. Anyway, I hope things are better for you now. Take care!
