Great tip! Been doing something like that for a while but not like you do it. Gonna give that a try down here and save some baits. Used to live up there and LOVE fishing St. Clair for bass. My Brother still runs a charter service there. We might've fished in some of the same tournaments. You now have another subscriber.

Great tip! Braid will last longer, won't stretch, lighter too. Something to seal, nail polish maybe? (I got _unopened_ War Eagles from the 90's.)
@ExtremeOutdoorsmenКүн бұрын
Nail polish is a great idea! I’ll have to try that out! Appreciate you man. And no freaking way, that’s so cool. Some old ones 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I’ll use braid or buy a pack of small rubber bands and keep them in the boat and put them around the bend.
@ExtremeOutdoorsmenКүн бұрын
Forsure!! I really appreciate you watching and supporting the Channel. Rubber band is a good idea as well 🙌🏼

I always take some old braid or a small split ring and put it over the eye right in the R bend and it keeps them from breaking off Gerald Swindle and Wesley Stradder at different times have done a video on it .

That's a really good tip! I’ll have to look that up, I appreciate you watching and supporting. Thanks for the comment as well 👍🏻👍🏻

I use spinnerbaits a lot as a search bait. If I don’t have a particular pattern, I’ll use a spinnerbait to find the fish and then slow down from there. Sometimes I’ll catch a limit on a spinnerbait. Shoutout War Eagle. My favorite color they make is “spot remover”. Works great in Arkansas rivers and lakes.

Had that problem years ago until I tried a terminator spinnerbait with the titanium wire, always snaps back to original form. They are just harder to find nowadays.

I get jewelry pliers to fix my spinner's how I want them to be dune. Every factory does it different or open loops to tie to and it sucks big one. Takes itme to do them right but is well Worth it. The c ➰ loop I finish is keeps the lure and line where I want it.

Good tip. I use a small split ring and slide it on. Leaves a little more room when you tie on.

Even strike King Tour Grade spinner's and buzz bait's it's not that hard to fish then up company get a grip. I expected that Walmart cheeper lure are like that but a $9 to $15 spinner's nice value
