PSC എഴുതാൻ സാധിക്കാതെ പോയവർക്ക് ഇത്തരം സ്കൂളുകൾ അനുഗ്രഹം തന്നെയാണ്.കഴിവുള്ള അധ്യാപകർ ധാരാളമുണ്ട്. കാശ് കൊടുത്തുള്ള ജോലി മേടിച്ചതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെഅധ്യാപകർ കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് ജോലി നേടിയതിനാൽ മക്കളെയും സ്കൂളിനെയും സ്നേഹിക്കുമെന്നതിൽ യാതൊരു തർക്കവുമില്ല
