This cassette reminds me The 1987 CECAFA Cup was the 14th edition of the tournament. It was held in Ethiopia, and was won by Ethiopia. As a teen ager I remember Demessie Damte (May his soul rest in peace) Ethiopian Radio Sport Journalist, and the names of the national team members. Zerihun, you’re right one of the songs from this album “ልጅቷ ልጅ ነበረች" was tweaked by the Katanga fans as “ግቢቷ ግብ ነበረች" The other famous song was “እንደተመኘሗት አገኘሗት::" Good times!
